What is the difference between the Aeron chair and the Embody chair?

Both chairs are ergonomic and offer all the necessary adjustments for a healthy sitting posture. They are both extremely comfortable, but their comfort differs.

We strongly recommend trying them in person. We cannot tell you that one chair is better than the other — both are among the most comfortable and ergonomic chairs on the market. However, if you have the opportunity to try them, you will likely find the chair that best suits your body shape.

That said, the Aeron chair stands out because it is available in three different sizes. It is the only chair on the market to offer this option (A = small / B = medium / C = large).

What is the difference between the Aeron chair and the Mirra 2 chair?

The Aeron chair in size B, with all options, is comparable to the Mirra 2 chair with all options in terms of comfort and ergonomics.

The lumbar support on the Mirra 2 is different (it moves up and down).

Overall, both chairs are excellent ergonomic chairs. The difference lies mainly in the feeling they provide when seated.

New model: Aeron Remastered

Launched in 1994, and with around 8 million units sold worldwide, Herman Miller presents the new version of the Aeron chair. Improved performance and comfort, original design preserved! With its new "8Z" Pellicle (8 zones of tension), redesigned tilt mechanism, updated PostureFit, and new 3D armrests, the new Aeron chair promises to be a true reference in terms of design and comfort.
