How does the chair warranty work?

All Herman Miller chairs come with a 12-year warranty.

If you experience any issue with your chair, please send us an email with a description of the problem, a photo of the chair, and a photo of the label located underneath your chair.

This label shows the manufacturing date of your chair. The warranty is valid for 12 years from that date.
